In the Spotlight - 2019 Senior Breakfast

LCHS will be hosting a breakfast for the seniors on the morning of May 17th just before graduation practice.  To make this a reality, we are asking for the support of parents in terms of time and donations. If you can help with any of the needs listed, please email Shelby Hardiman at shardiman@lcdoe.org to make a commitment. Our needs are as follows:
 
VOLUNTEERING OF TIME
*set up-- 10 people (this will take place at 1:30 pm on Thursday, May  16 and will involve table set up in the gym.
* Serve and Clean up-- (This will be the morning of May 17- this will involve take down of tables)
 
FOOD/DRINK DONATIONS
10 Fruit Trays-- The medium friot tray at Publix and/or Wal-Mart serves 18
* 10 Pastry Trays-- (Or Doughnut hole tray or gourmet sliced breads tray)
* White milk -- 10 gallons
* Chocolate milk -- 5 gallons
* Orange juice -- 5 gallons
* Bottled water -- 6 cases of 36 bottles
 
*If you can donate one of these in its entirety, that would be awesome so that they all match
* Large, paper dinner plates (300)
* Clear plastic or foam 8 oz. cups (300)
* Clear forks (300)
* White napkins (300)
 
***Also, if you would rather donate money, that is also greatly appreciated as well. We would like to provide Jacks's biscuits at the breakfast, and we will need help funding this.
 
*****All leftovers will go straight to Project Graduation, so one way or another, seniors will be the ones enjoying all of the things
