On-Line Payment System

You may make payments to your student(s) account(s) using our online system which is administered through Heartland School Solutions. You may access this system here, or you may access the system directly at If you choose to use the online system to pay for meals, please note that you will be charged $1.95 per transaction. If you choose not to pay for meals online, you can also use the online system at no charge to keep track of account balances as well as all activity on your students’ accounts. 

A “transaction” for which you will be charged $1.95, is defined as each individual payment event. You may place funds into more than one account within a single transaction, and there is no limit on the dollar amount of funds you may place in each account. The Lincoln County Department of Education does not receive any portion of the convenience fee. 

You will need your student’s State issued ID number, which starts with an “S” followed by 6 numbers, and appears beside your child’s name on the top of the letter they received from their school(s) in order to create accounts and make deposits. If you do not receive this information, pllease contact your student(s) school(s). You do not need to re-create accounts for this school year, if you already have an account, as accounts created last school year are in place for use this year also, and any money left on the account at the end of SY 2014-2015 is available for use this year, even if your student changes schools.
