Principal's Message

Dear All,

As we hit the middle point of the month of February, it is hard to believe that we are three months away from graduating the Class of 2019 at Lincoln County High School.

It has been a very busy and exciting school year at LCHS. We are currently registering students for the 2019-20 school year. We will also have a new freshman class entering LCHS for the first time in its school history. Our administrative and guidance teams have been visiting our parents and students at our middle schools and it has been a wonderful experience meeting the Class of 2023. We look forward to having them on campus next school year.

Our Lady Falcons and Falcons basketball teams have had amazing seasons. Both teams have winning records and have advanced to the Regional Tournament this year. Good luck the rest of the way coaches and players.

LCHS Baseball, Softball, Boys Soccer, and Tennis teams are hard at work getting ready to open the season in March.

Also a big shout out to our cheerleaders and dance team for a great season! We appreciate your school spirit!

The LCHS HOSA, FFA, and Skills USA teams are currently practicing and competing at the Regional levels. Good luck to all of our students participating.

We have had a great year with our marching band and chorus and and look forward to an exciting spring of concerts and competitions.

Mr. Faulkner and our Drama Club is now getting ready for the LCHS Play which will be at the end of April. We cannot wait to get a chance to see it this year!

I will close with a thank you to our teachers, staff, students, administration, and parents. Thank you for being the best and having great pride in our community and school. I am very blessed to be able to work with such amazing people everyday!

Sincerely,

Garth Garris
